Return Policy
Church Interiors, Inc. wants you to be happy with your purchase, which is why your satisfaction is is our goal. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. In some cases returns maybe allowed within 60 days after original shipment date. No products will be accepted without an written authorization.
You may be charged for any missing parts. Custom or Special orders may not be returned unless they have an operational or manufacturer design defect.
Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition we will issue a
refund for the amount of the product to the same credit card used for the
purchase, less original shipping charges. The returned item must be received by
us within 14 days of receipt of return authorization. The refund for the
returned item will be made upon receipt and inspection. If we determine that
the item has been installed or used, credit will not be issued and the item may be returned to you at your expense.
